About TreasureLives

TreasureLives learns from lives lost to suicide and celebrates lives saved! Regardless of your current state, our mission is to empower you with knowledge and options so that you can create and maintain a lifestyle in which you are able to experience fulfillment. We provide information on suicide prevention and strive to break the stigma associated with mental illness.

TreasureLives promotes universal wellness through the presentation and exploration of a variety of healing modalities be they ancient, cutting-edge, or new age. Our goal is to bring you to a place where you treasure your life, look back on yesterday with gratitude, look forward to waking up tomorrow, and have the desire to celebrate life every single day.

#PauseNotStop  #ZeroSuicides

The prevention of suicide begins long before the desperate call to 9-1-1. It starts with the development of self-esteem, the ability to identify and safely express emotions, and understanding and implementing appropriate physical and emotional boundaries. It is helpful to possess a fundamental understanding of what differentiates typical emotional responses and behaviors from clinical depression, anxiety, and other psychiatric conditions. Of utmost importance are the willingness to seek help when needed and the availability of avenues of hope and healing close at hand. A crucial aspect of mental wellness is the ability to connect with each other on a personal level. Part of TreasureLives’ vision for the future is to create an interactive community which breaks the barriers of isolation and nurtures healthy, supportive interpersonal relationships.
